1. Agreement to Services

By booking a photography session with Captured Forever Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our service agreement. This agreement covers details such as pricing, session duration, deliverables, and any additional services requested by the client.

2. Booking and Payments

To secure a booking with Captured Forever Photography, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photography session unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their photography session with reasonable notice. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Captured Forever Photography will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's new date and time preferences.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

Captured Forever Photography retains the copyright to all images captured during the photography session. The client is granted a limited license to use the images for personal purposes only, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal photo albums. Commercial use of the images requires written consent and may incur additional fees.

5. Image Delivery and Editing

Captured Forever Photography will provide the client with a digital gallery of edited images within a reasonable timeframe after the photography session. The number of images delivered will be as agreed upon in the service agreement. Additional editing requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer during the photography session to ensure the best possible outcome. This includes following instructions, being punctual, and communicating any preferences or concerns beforehand.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Captured Forever Photography strives to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee the outcome of every photography session. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or inclement weather, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide compensation.

8. Privacy Policy

Captured Forever Photography respects the privacy of our clients and will not share personal information or images without consent. We may use client images for promotional purposes only with explicit permission from the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California
